Corona-voucher
1st. Lock-down (19/03/2020-08-06/2020)
Did you receive a Corona-voucher from us because we had to cancel your booking because of the Corona ?
This is how the Corona voucher works:
You can use the voucher for a new reservation in 2021, to book the same or another holiday home or one or more holidays with us.
- The total amount already paid by you will then be used for your new booking.
- The condition is that these are booked within a period of one year from the end date of your cancelled booking.
2nd lock-down (30/10/2020...)
If your stay, booked after 19/03/2020, cannot take place due to the stricter corona measures or if you wish to cancel it on your own initiative, you can only, with the permission of the owner, receive a voucher for the amount already paid.
You booked after the outbreak of the pandemic and therefore consciously took the risk. A refund is therefore out of the question. Cancellation is only possible according to the general terms and conditions of your reservation or if you have taken out cancellation insurance according to the terms and conditions of the insurance. Adjustments to covid-19 measures are not covered by the cancellation insurance
If the owner of your holiday home allows the voucher, this is how it works:
You can use the voucher for a new reservation in 2021, to book the same holiday home at the same or a more expensive price. You can choose the period yourself.
- The total amount already paid by you will then be used for your new reservation.
- The condition is that these are booked within a period of one year from the end date of your cancelled booking.
- The voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
