It has a sunny balcony, with a sunshade and a view of the town hall and the theatre square. The theatre square is regularly decorated during activities: In winter there is an ice rink, an international tennis competition (Flanders Trophy Koksijde) in August, September flower parade, Halloween in October. There is wireless internet and digital TV.
