On the ground floor:
Hall with stairs up, living room/dining room, open fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and lots of storage cupboards, bathroom with toilet/bath/shower

On the first floor:

1 large bedroom with large double bed, lots of closet space and a desk, 1 bedroom with double bed and access to small balcony, 1 bedroom with bunk beds for 3 people. In this room there is also a desk and the attic stairs. There is a toilet and a private corner with a sink and mirror in the large night hall.

In the attic:

A play attic with beanbags, a reading corner and a large assortment of playmobile and lego. Standing up in the attic is possible in the middle, not at the sides

Outside:
Driveway with space for 1 car, furnished terrace at the side of the house with bbq, lounge set for 6 people, table, 6 chairs and large parasol.
There is another outdoor shower at the back of the house where you can rinse off the sand and sea salt after a fun day at the beach.
