Enter the entrance hall with a separate toilet and storage/laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack. In the spacious living and dining room, you can enjoy a nice movie with the whole family in the TV corner, have cozy meals, and cook in the open kitchen with vitro-ceramic hob, combi-microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. From the living room, you have access to the sunny balcony at the front and the terrace with table/chairs/parasol on the side. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The first room has 2 single box spring beds (90x200), 2 pillows, and 1 duvet (240x220) as well as a shower and basin. From this room, you have direct access to the terrace. This room has its own bathroom with bath, double basin, and toilet. In both rooms, there is enough space to add a baby cot.
