Not only will you stay within walking distance of the sea, but you can also easily reach the center of Koksijde and St-Idesbald on foot, by bike, or by tram. The sunny terrace and the beautifully landscaped garden with a second terrace to enjoy the evening sun are also equipped with all comforts. Layout

Ground floor: At street and garden level, there is a garage where you can park bicycles, strollers, and a bike trailer. You can park a car in front of the garage. Behind the garage, there is a utility room, a laundry room, and a fully equipped bathroom with a separate toilet.

Belle-étage: The front door of the house is accessible via a staircase (see photos). Once inside, you will find a spacious entrance hall, a cozy living room, a toilet, stairs to the upper floor, and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the elevated terrace. From this terrace, you can also take the stairs down to the garden.

1st floor: On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet, as well as two spacious bedrooms with double beds (box springs), a baby bed, and ample closet space. You can access the next floor via the stairs.
