Not only will you stay in this beautiful villa at walking distance from the sea, but you can easily reach the centre of Koksijde and St-Idesbald on foot, by bike or by tram. Layout

Outside:
The villa and garden are fully enclosed and not overlooked. Behind the gate there is parking for 3 cars and you can also safely park your bicycles.

Ground floor:

You enter the new modern part of the house where the living room and kitchen are located. From the kitchen you have access to the terrace and the garden. The living room and kitchen with island and breakfast bar are surrounded by windows.
Through a hidden door, you enter the sleeping area of the house. To the left, you first find the room with the bunk bed (2 pers.), to the right is the toilet and the modern bathroom with walk-in shower. At the back is the 2nd bedroom with double bed.
Through the bedroom you reach the original kitchen which has been converted into a laundry/storage room and you take the stairs to the first floor.

1st floor:

Here is the suite room under the roof. This room has a double bed, free-standing bath, washbasin and toilet.
