On the ground floor:
An entrance hall, toilet, bathroom with shower/washing machine/dryer. Access to the garage, which serves as a large storage room for your bicycles, surfing and beach equipment. There is also an extra refrigerator with a large freezer compartment.

On the first floor:
Hall, toilet, living room with large corner sofa, flat-screen TV, cosy gas fireplace and dune and sea view, dining area with large table and 8 chairs. Access to the spacious sunny terrace. The terrace also has a large table, 8 chairs and a gas barbecue. There is a parasol in the kitchen storage room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave oven, conventional oven and dishwasher.

On the second floor:
Hallway, toilet, one bedroom with two single box-spring beds (90 x 200) and en-suite bathroom with bath and washbasin, bedroom with bunk beds (two single beds) and cot, bedroom with bunk beds with a double bed below and a single bed above. This room also has a cot and a changing table. The third bathroom with shower and washbasin is located on this floor.
